Sena Sasaki
Sena Sasaki (b. 1990, Tokyo) is based in Hokkaido.
Sasaki’s works bring together political history and personal biography. Working across sculpture, painting, and video, he uses repetition as a method for tracing memory and the lingering force of archival histories. The interplay of repetition and time, and the use of site-specific materials and gestures shape his practice.
